Ingredients
500g Mince
1 ½ Cups of COOKED Rice
820g Heinz Big Red Tomato Soup
½ Onion - diced
Baby Spinach
Flour
Salt and Pepper

Method
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and oil or line an oven safe casserole dish with aluminium foil.
2. Boil rice until soft
3. In a bowl, combine Mince, Onion, as much spinach as you want and rice until all mixed together. Salt and Pepper to taste
4. In a small bowl add enough flour to coat each meatball
5. Roll mixture into a ball, roll in flour so that it is lightly coated* and place into casserole dish.
6. Cover meatballs with tomato soup. Salt and Pepper to taste.
7. Cover with foil and cook for 20 minutes

Serve with rice, pasta or cauliflower rice and top with grated mozzarella cheese.

*Rolling meatballs in flour is optional but will help them hold their shape when serving.
