Ingredients

630g of Ravioli (I like the Spinach and Ricotta one)

5 Rashers of Bacon

Spinach

Cherry Tomatoes

250g Marscapone Cheese

1/2 Cup Parmesan

Salt and Pepper

Method

1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees

2. Cook ravioli as per the instructions on the packet

3. Dice the bacon and cook in a frying pan

4. Pour cooked ravioli into a baking dish and add as much cut cherry tomatoes and spinach as you like. 

5. Add Mascarpone cheese and gently stir through until all ingredients are covered

6. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top of the mixture

7. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes or until cheese starts to brown
