Ingredients
2 Chicken Breasts
450g Perfect Italiano Ricotta Pasta Stir Through – Garlic and Herb
Cherry Tomatoes - Sliced
Spinach
Pasta

Method
1. Boil as much pasta as you think you’ll need (the more pasta the bigger the dish).
2. Dice Chicken breasts up into small cubes and fry in frypan or wok
3. *Turn off the heat and combine cooked pasta, the Ricotta Stir Through and as much spinach and cherry tomatoes as you want.

 

*The heat of the chicken and the cooked pasta will be enough to heat the ricotta stir through and keep the tomatoes and spinach fresh.
