Ingredients
4 Chicken Breasts
2 Tomatoes - sliced
Cream Cheese Spread
Spinach
Paprika
Salt and Pepper

Method
1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees and oil or cover tray in aluminium foil
2. Butterfly the chicken breasts and open them up
3. Spread cream cheese on the left and right side of the open breast
4. Add spinach and sliced tomato on one side only (use as little or as much as you want).
5. Sprinkle paprika, salt and pepper on the side that only has cream cheese and close the breast
6. Sprinkle more paprika on the top of the breast, enough to coat it evenly.
7. Wrap the stuffed chicken breast in aluminium foil, place on tray and cook for 25 minutes

Serve with Vegetables or Salad.
